The ideal candidates will be capable of working with minimal oversight but willing to follow directions closely. Additionally, he or she should be familiar with construction industry safety standards and procedures to ensure project security.
Roofers with special skills such as Metal Roofing and Torch On Membrane is especially in high demand.
Applicants must hold a valid drivers license. Knowledge of roofing is preferred but not mandatory. Safety Certification (Falling at Heights, WHMIS, Health & Safety Awareness) is surely an asset.
