This torch-on membrane is the ideal solution for residential flats and/or low sloped roofs. This product is highly resistant to damages such as weather, debris, rot and animals, and requires minimal maintenance.
M.C. Roofing also install Torch-On Roofing Membrane on small Commercial Building. We offer a service of regular roof inspections to ensure no signs of wear and tear on flat roofs that may need to be replaces or repaired. We clean the roof from debris which could damage the membrane. We check for cracks, caulking, blistering and splits in membrane. We also ensure that no membrane deteriorate with the nature elements. These inspections can save lots of money in the long run and prevent from replacing a complete Torch-On Roof.
The membrane is rolled down on your roof and torched (welded), permanently forming a bond with the layers underneath. A base sheet membrane is followed by a granular cap sheet membrane on top. By sealing in heat and keeping moisture out, you will save on your energy costs and increase the value of your home.
